Founder & CEO
Jacob Seutter
Built from the ground up
Born in Alberta and raised in British Columbia, Jacob learned the value of hard work long before he started his first business. Growing up on a farm, he spent his childhood around heavy equipment, learning how machines work, why they fail, and how to get them running again.
That hands-on foundation became a career. With more than 25 years in the heavy equipment and crane industry, Jacob has earned multiple factory certifications and built deep expertise in crane systems. In 2014, he founded Quality Crane and Electronic repairs, which he continues to own and lead today.
What sets Jacob apart is the way he solves problems. When the right tool doesn’t exist, he builds it. He has designed his own diagnostic devices and developed projects that make field work faster, safer and more efficient. That same mindset drives VisionSure: practical technology, designed by someone who understands the job site.
Outside of work, Jacob is a proud husband and father of three young adults, and he brings the same commitment to his family that he brings to every customer.

Maria F. Seutter
Relationships first
Maria believes people do business with people they know, like and trust, and that idea guides everything she does at VisionSure. She leads sales and business development, and makes sure every customer gets clear advice, honest recommendations and support they can count on long after the sale.
Maria arrived in Canada from Ecuador with two professional careers behind her, and neither carried over to her new country. She didn’t let that stop her. She started again from the ground up, learned new skills and built a new career in customer service and account management through persistence and hard work.
That determination paid off at WCC, where she grew into the role of Territory Account Manager. Her commitment to her clients earned her an award for the highest number of 5-star Google reviews in the Lower Mainland.
Today, fluent in English and Spanish, Maria brings that same dedication to VisionSure. She helps fleets, contractors and drivers across the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley find the right safety solution for their vehicles and equipment.
Outside of work, Maria is a devoted wife, a proud mother of three young adults and a lifelong animal lover.
