Terms of Use

Welcome to visionsuretech.ca (the "Site"), operated by VisionSure Technologies Limited ("VisionSure", "we", "us"), based in Langley, British Columbia. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

This Site provides information about VisionSure camera systems, dash cams and related services for vehicles, fleets and heavy equipment, mainly for customers in Canada. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Prices, availability and specifications are confirmed only in a written quote or invoice from VisionSure.

2. Product Information

We work to keep product descriptions, compatibility notes and images accurate, but they are for general guidance only and may change without notice. Images may show optional accessories. Please contact us to confirm which system fits your vehicle or equipment before you buy.

3. Safety Notice

VisionSure camera and monitoring systems are driver and operator aids. They do not replace direct observation, mirrors, spotters, safe operating procedures or any training, certification or legal requirement that applies to your vehicle or equipment. Camera views can be affected by weather, lighting, dirt, vibration, damage or incorrect installation. You remain fully responsible for safe operation at all times.

4. Your Responsibilities When Recording

If you use our products to record video or audio, you are responsible for doing so lawfully, including under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and any other privacy, employment or traffic laws that apply to you. This may include giving notice to employees, drivers or passengers and handling recordings securely. Recording conversations without consent may be illegal. VisionSure does not control and is not responsible for how customers use their recordings.

5. Installation, Warranty and Returns

Product warranties, returns and installation services are described in your quote or invoice. Installation by anyone other than VisionSure or an authorized installer may affect performance and warranty coverage. These Terms do not reduce any rights you have under consumer protection law.

6. Intellectual Property

The VisionSure name, logo, system part numbers (VST series), text, photos, videos and design of this Site belong to VisionSure or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal or business evaluation. You may not copy, republish or sell Site content without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; introduce viruses or harmful code; copy content using automated tools; or submit false information through our forms.

8. Quotes, Forms and Communications

When you request a quote or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information. We will use it as described in our Privacy Policy. We will only send marketing messages with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Reviews and Feedback

You are welcome to share honest reviews of our products and services anywhere you choose. If you send us testimonials or feedback, we may use them to improve our services or, with your permission, share them on our Site.

10. Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to third-party websites, including our related company's website for crane and equipment repair services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, VisionSure is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Consumers keep any rights they have under the laws of the province where they live.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, our services or the law. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes will not apply to purchases already made and will never reduce your rights to cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds.
