Designed for your journey
The Vantrue Nexus 5S (N5S) is a 4 channel dash cam for rideshare and taxi drivers, passenger vans and families who want to watch the back seat. Two camera units cover the vehicle inside and out. The windshield unit records the road ahead and the front of the cabin. The rear window unit records the back seats and the road behind. The front camera records 2.7K, the rear 1440P and both cabin cameras 1080P, all at 30 frames per second.

LTE connectivity · coming soon
Optional LTE module — coming soon, sold separately. With it installed, owners get remote live view, GPS tracking, geofencing, cloud storage and incident alerts. If someone approaches or tries to break into the vehicle, an alert goes to the owner's phone and they can open the live feed. That helps fleet managers and owners who aren't near their vehicles.
Every seat recorded at night
All four channels use Sony STARVIS 2 sensors for clear low-light video with less noise. The front cameras use WDR and the rear cameras use HDR to handle headlights and bright windows. Both cabin cameras have four infrared LEDs that switch on automatically, so passengers, the back seat and the side windows are recorded in total darkness.
Parking protection
The 24/7 parking mode uses buffered motion detection with a 10-second pre-recording buffer. A clip starts before whatever set it off, such as someone walking up to a door or a car backing into the bumper. Parking mode needs a hardwire kit, which keeps the camera powered while the engine is off.
Location, settings and storage
Built-in GPS logs route, speed and location with each clip for insurance claims. Owners can switch between 1-channel and 4-channel recording to suit the vehicle. 5GHz Wi-Fi and the free app let you download clips without removing the card. Voice control keeps hands on the wheel, and a 3.19" screen makes setup easy. A supercapacitor handles heat and cold better than a battery, and the camera takes microSD cards up to 1TB.
Buying and installing in Langley
VisionSure installs the N5S in Langley with the wiring hidden behind the trim and headliner. Parking mode needs a hardwire kit, which we can fit during the same visit. We provide an 18-month warranty and local support after the sale. Sold separately: LTE module (Coming Soon), hardwire kit.
