The Vantrue Sonnet 1 Pro Max (S1 Pro Max) is a 4K front and rear dash cam for commuters, work trucks and vans. Rear-end collisions, tailgating and parking lot damage all happen behind you, so the rear footage matters as much as the front. Both channels record 4K (3840 x 2160) at 30 frames per second through 155° lenses. The IP67 rear camera can mount inside the rear window or outside on a truck, van or trailer. Voice commands start recording, take photos and turn Wi-Fi off.

Clear plates at night
Both cameras use the Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensor for clean low-light video. HDR on both channels balances bright and dark areas at tunnel exits, in oncoming headlights and in harsh sun. PlatePix helps keep licence plates readable in strong backlight and low light, which is often what an insurance claim depends on.
Driver alerts for older vehicles
Vantrue Intelligence adds AI alerts for forward collision, lane departure, pedestrians, blind spots, lane changes and rear collisions. These bring driver assistance features to vehicles that didn't come with them from the factory. The alerts can help a driver notice a hazard sooner, but they don't replace mirror and shoulder checks.
LTE connectivity · coming soon
Optional LTE module — coming soon, sold separately. With it installed, owners get remote live view, GPS tracking, geofencing, cloud storage and incident alerts. If someone approaches or tries to break into the vehicle, an alert goes to the owner's phone and they can check the live feed. It suits work trucks left on job sites overnight.
Parking protection
The 24/7 parking mode uses buffered motion detection to save footage from before and after an event. Impact detection catches bumps in a parking lot, and low-bitrate recording covers long stays while using less card space. Parking mode needs a hardwire kit to keep the camera powered with the engine off.
GPS, Wi-Fi and reliability
Built-in GPS logs route, speed and location for insurance claims and incident reviews. 5GHz Wi-Fi and the free app let you view, download and share clips without removing the card. A supercapacitor replaces the battery for better reliability in heat and cold, and the camera takes microSD cards up to 1TB.
Buying and installing in Langley
VisionSure installs the S1 Pro Max in Langley with the wiring hidden behind the trim and headliner. Parking mode needs a hardwire kit, which we can fit during the same visit. We provide an 18-month warranty and local support after the sale. Sold separately: LTE module (Coming Soon), hardwire kit.
