The VisionSure VST-S6301 6CH 1080P 360° Surround View Panoramic System is a 360 camera system for heavy equipment and long vehicles. On a vehicle of 20 metres or more, the driver can’t check every side with mirrors at once. The VST-S6301 stitches six ultra-wide 1080P cameras into one overhead view of the whole vehicle. AI then watches every side for people, while GPS and 4G link the vehicle to the office.
One overhead view of the whole machine
Six ultra-wide 1080P cameras are stitched into a single seamless bird’s-eye image that wraps the entire vehicle. Drivers can switch between 2D and 3D views to check a corner before turning or reversing. For smaller vehicles, the same system can be built with four or two cameras, so the view still wraps the whole machine.
People detected all the way around
AI pedestrian detection runs inside the control box and covers more than 10m on every camera channel. People are picked up at the front, along both sides and at the rear, not only in a single arc behind the vehicle. That matters most on long vehicles, where someone beside the middle of the vehicle can be out of sight in the mirrors.
Warnings on the road as well as on site
Built-in algorithms warn of lane departure (LDW), forward collision risk (FCW) and vehicles passing or merging on either side (BSD). Dual AI cores with 2 TOPS of processing run all of these warnings in real time and sound an alarm when a hazard is detected. The same system covers highway driving and slow manoeuvring on site.
Alerts for a tired driver
Optional DMS driver monitoring watches for signs of fatigue and gives an audible and visual alert. It covers the risk inside the cab as well as around the vehicle, which matters on long shifts and night runs. DMS is an add-on and is not part of the standard kit, so ask for it when you request a quote.
Calibrated in about a minute
Six calibration mats can be placed anywhere on the ground around the vehicle. Calibration finishes in about a minute from the touchscreen or remote, with automatic plane correction. That keeps install time per vehicle short, and it makes recalibration quick if a camera is knocked out of position or replaced.
Recording and fleet connection
All six 1080P channels record to a 512GB SD card plus a 2TB SSD, for up to 325 hours of footage. GPS and 4G connect the vehicle to a fleet platform for live view, location tracking and event review. Radar alerts can be shown on the video, and a capacitive touchscreen is available as an option.
