VisionSure HD DVR Quad-View Monitor System

RECORD

VST-S4201

Four-camera DVR system with a 9" quad-view monitor that records every camera in 1080P and tracks the machine by GPS. Built for dump trucks, loaders and cranes that need to see and record their blind zones.

Ideal for

  • Commercial trucks
  • Wheel loaders
  • Mobile cranes
  • Excavators
  • Buses
  • Agricultural machinery

The system at a glance.

The VisionSure VST-S4201 HD DVR Quad-View Monitor System is a 4 camera DVR system for trucks, loaders and cranes. Operators of big machines can’t see the ground beside and behind them, and one backup camera only covers one side. The VST-S4201 shows four HD cameras on a single 9” screen in the cab and records every channel in 1080P. When something happens, the video and the GPS track are already saved.

See all four sides at once

The 9” HD IPS screen shows all four cameras together in quad view, in a 16:9 layout that stays readable day and night. Reverse and side trigger inputs switch the matching camera to full screen when the operator shifts into reverse or signals a turn. The rear and side blind zones come up on screen at the moment the operator needs them. That is where ground crew and other vehicles are hardest to spot.

Judge clearance when reversing

Reversing guide lines on the 9” display can be calibrated to each machine, so the lines match its real width and the distance behind it. Operators use them to stop short of walls, racking, trailers and other machines in tight yards. Fewer contacts with structures and equipment means less repair work and less time with the machine parked in the shop.

Every channel recorded in 1080P

The built-in DVR records all four cameras in 1080P, with up to 2TB of storage across four 512GB microSD cards. Loop recording runs whenever the machine is on and overwrites the oldest footage first. The G-sensor saves and protects the clip when it detects an impact, so the moment of a collision is kept. That footage helps settle disputes over who was at fault and answers false damage claims. Records up to 1,192 hours @ 1080P, for a single camera.

Clear picture in rain, cold and low light

The VST-S4201 works with IR night vision cameras for dark yards and heated cameras for cold mornings. A WDR front camera handles low sun and heavy shadow. The kit pairs the monitor with a 150° IR night vision camera, a 130° heated camera and the VST-C3759 1080P WDR front camera. The system is rated to operate from -20°C to +70°C.

Know where every machine has been

Onboard GPS shows each machine’s live position and saves its route for history-track playback. Speeding alarms flag a vehicle that goes over the set limit. Location is stored alongside the video. Managers can check exactly where and when an event happened, on one job site or across a whole fleet.

VisionSure VST-C3759 1080P WDR Front Camera

The VisionSure VST-C3759 1080P WDR Front Camera is a 1080P forward facing camera for trucks, buses and fleet vehicles. Driving into low sun, out of a tunnel or through heavy shadow makes a standard camera wash out or go dark. The VST-C3759 uses 105dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) to balance the bright and dark parts of the same scene, so the road ahead stays readable.

Clear forward footage day and night: A 1/2.9" progressive-scan CMOS sensor records full 1080P (1920 x 1080) at 25 or 30fps, with automatic exposure and white balance. It still gives a usable picture down to 0.1 Lux. That gives clear footage for incident review, driver coaching and settling disputes.

The forward view for AI warnings: Connected to a VisionSure AI mobile DVR such as the VST-S8401, the VST-C3759 provides the forward view used for ADAS functions such as forward collision warning. It records the road ahead whether or not the AI functions are switched on.

No drilling: The camera mounts inside the windshield with 3M VHB double-sided adhesive, so there is no drilling or change to the vehicle. The angle can be adjusted after mounting to set the right view for each windshield.

Built for the road: The VST-C3759 is rated to operate from -20°C to +70°C and to be stored from -30°C to +80°C, at up to 95% humidity. It runs on 10–32V DC.

Where it's used: The VST-C3759 is the forward camera in the VisionSure VST-S4201 quad-view DVR kit and the VST-S8401 8CH AI mobile DVR system. It suits buses, coaches, trucks and commercial fleet vehicles.
